My stay in South Africa πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦

Where we are

We are in Franschhoek, which is in the Western Cape area, about an hour from Cape Town.

Our house

Here I took some photos of the house because my class 5A wanted it that way.

Environment

Around us are vineyards where very noisy partridges live. There is a dam nearby, I was there with the neighbor’s bitch. When she jumps up, she is as tall as me. I am very proud that I managed to go running with her.

What moves me

I think it is a great pity that some of the people here have to live in tin houses. In some cases, there are entire settlements along the highway full of these tin houses.

I find it very difficult to understand that some people live here in big houses and have it so good, and others are very poor and live in these tin houses.

In our village, for example, a very large outdoor swimming pool is being built for a school, completely without cranes and construction machinery, simply all by the many workers.
